Yes. RetpicAfrica is a legally registered Nigerian company, incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 9771955. We operate within Nigerian law, our payments run through licensed partners, and we handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Creating an account and using the wallet costs nothing. You only pay for what you buy.

How do I put money in my wallet?

Tap Fund and you are given a dedicated account number. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank or app, and your wallet credits automatically, usually within seconds. You are credited exactly what you send.

How fast does data or airtime arrive?

Almost always within a few seconds. If the network is having a slow moment the order sits as processing and completes once they respond. It does not get lost.

What happens if a purchase fails?

If the provider clearly rejects it, your wallet is refunded automatically and you will see the refund in your history. If the result is unclear we hold it as processing rather than guessing, and it is resolved either way.

I sent money to the wrong phone number. Can you reverse it?

Unfortunately not. Airtime and data go directly to whatever number is entered, and once a network delivers it, it cannot be pulled back. Please double-check the number before confirming.

Do you store my card or bank login?

No. We never see or store card details or bank passwords. Funding happens by bank transfer to your account number, and payments run through licensed providers.

Can I get my wallet balance back to my bank?

Money you funded is meant for buying services on the platform and is not withdrawable. Rewards you earn on the platform can be withdrawn to your own verified bank account.
