These Terms govern your use of RetpicAfrica. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who can use RetpicAfrica

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate details, and you may hold only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person, household, or device to farm rewards or referral bonuses will be suspended and any balance forfeited.

2. Your account and security

You are responsible for your password and your 4-digit withdrawal PIN. Never share them. We will never ask you for your password or PIN by phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media. Any activity carried out with your credentials is treated as your own.

3. Earning on the platform

Rewards are offered for completing genuine tasks, engaging with sponsored posts, and referring people who activate a paid plan. Reward amounts are set by us and can change at any time.

• Tasks and sponsored posts may require proof of completion, and some are reviewed manually before payment.
• Submitting false, copied, automated, or misleading proof will result in rejection, and repeated attempts will result in suspension.
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, VPN abuse, or any automation to complete tasks is prohibited.
• We may reverse any reward credited in error, or credited as a result of abuse.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans are activated from your Deposit balance and are one-time, non-refundable purchases. A plan unlocks access to earning features and higher reward rates. Buying a plan is not an investment, is not a security, and carries no promise of profit or return.

5. Your wallets

Your account holds three separate balances:

• Deposit — money you funded. It buys plans and pays for airtime, data and bill services. It cannot be withdrawn.
• Activity — what you earn from tasks and sponsored posts.
• Sales — what you earn from referral commissions.

Withdrawals are made from your Activity or Sales balance only.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to a Nigerian bank account held in your own name, verified through our payment partner. Requests are subject to the minimum amounts shown in the app.

• Activity withdrawals are reviewed before payment.
• Sales withdrawals may be paid automatically, and we still reserve the right to review any request.
• Free-plan users can earn referral commission but must activate a plan before withdrawing their Sales balance.
• We may pause, delay, or decline a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, a shared bank account, or unusual activity.
• If a payment is declined by the bank, the amount is returned to the balance it came from.

7. Airtime, data and bill payments

These services are charged to your Deposit balance and are delivered by third-party providers. Make sure the phone number, meter number, or smartcard number is correct before confirming. A purchase sent to a wrong number that you supplied cannot be reversed. Where a purchase clearly fails at the provider, your Deposit balance is refunded automatically.

8. What is not allowed

• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or referring accounts you control yourself.
• Using another person's bank account, identity, or payment details.
• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or reversed payments.
• Attempting to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Presenting RetpicAfrica as a guaranteed income scheme, or making earnings claims on our behalf.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. Where a breach involves fraud or reward abuse, affected balances may be withheld or forfeited. You can close your account at any time by contacting support, after withdrawing any eligible balance.

11. Availability

We work to keep the platform running at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider downtime, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
